Candice Booysen has experience Group Human Capital Executive for Alacrity and Argility Technologies and registered Industrial Psychologist with the Health Professional Council of South Africa. She is responsible for the strategic direction of the Human Capital function, and has served as a Talent Specialist and Organisational Development practitioner in various industries serving in organisations such as Deloitte, Aspen Pharmacare, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Media 24, Alacrity Technologies, Argility, C-Quential, Emerge Mobile and University of the Western Cape.

She holds a PhD in Industrial Psychology, and is a dynamic leader who is passionate about the development of organisations, teams and individuals. She is also the founder of a Non Profit Organisation called Releasing Eagles which is centered around the mentorship and coaching of young woman. She also serves as Vice President for Membership Toastmasters International at her local club situated in Johannesburg. She lives to serve, inspire motivate, develop, teach and act as a change agent in her generation.
