History

HeartLinc® was founded by Shirleen and Emilio Titus in 2005, in response to recognizing the need to build human performance capability in business and communities.

HeartLinc® has private and business clients located mostly in South Africa, and provide programmes which deliver an Organisation Development Strategy, aligned with the business strategy.  The basis of an emergent organisation culture is grounded in the pillars of Social Capital (Trust and Reciprocity) and Psychological Capital (Efficacy, Hope, Optimism and Resilience).

This is a significant development in Leaders being more effective and taking ownership of the business, through their people. The  HeartLinc® company mission is therefore to link personal and organisation effectiveness to business and organisational results. The HeartLinc® Integrated Approach of applying Behavioural Science Principles and Grounded Organisation Development Practices, ensures that individuals embrace a journey of self-discovery in valuing differences in personality, emotional intelligence and cognitive capability. It allows people to tune into their humanity, and transcend the environmental challenges they face, thus positively developing a self-generative Way of Being, which is resourceful and sustainable.

Coherence is a cognitive and biological state which allows individuals to access their mental and intuitive power, through entraining the brain, heart and their body. This leads to more effective problem solving, positive behaviours, management of emotions, and improved well-being

HeartLinc® has sustained its customer base through applying a deep multi-disciplinary approach to learning and personal growth, and has developed new practices in Positive Organisational Behaviours that supports the challenges people face in various industry sectors.
