Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTi)

Uses the personality theory to assess an individual’s preferences in 4 dichotomies i.e.

Emotional Intelligence (EQi)

Emotional Intelligence influences individual well-being and performance at work.

Cognitive Process Profile (CPP)

Describes the work environment which governs how an individual applies his/her judgment in decision-making where the work environment is complex and dynamic. Using simulation exercises, individuals are monitored on their ability to explore, link, structure, transform, remember, learn and clarify information under conditions of uncertainty. The CPP provides development guidelines for individuals, thus unlocking their reasoning and full potential for processing intricate information at work.

Fifteen Factor Personality Question Emotional Intelligence (EQi) aire Plus (15FQ+)

The 15FQ+ was designed for use in industrial and organisational settings and provides an occupational orientated personality test. In addition, the assesses a number of criterion measures such as Emotional Intelligence, Team Role, Management and Subordinate styles and an “Attitude to Work” scale.
